I accomplished perfection tonight. Yes, I made the perfect pie! It was a strawberry-rhubarb pie made from rhubarb from our back yard. When I cut the first piece I knew that it was going to be legendary. The presentation was perfect...see how nothing seeps from the sides?!? It tasted even better than it looks! We are going to enjoy this pie because it is the last one that I am ever going to make....I'll never top that!
