We drove home from Michigan today. The kids did great and we only stopped one time in seven hours for lunch and a pee break! I wouldn't expect anything less from these seasoned travelers after the summer that we have had. Drummond Island,MI...Appleton, WI... Pittsburgh, PA...Grand Haven, MI We have covered the midwest pretty much all summer and we are like a well oiled machine now!
We are at our house now for 2 weeks until we move! We have a lot to get done in the next few weeks, but it will happen... hopefully. If this summer has taught John and I anything it is that there are always bumps in the road (a lot of them in our case), but everything works out just like is was supposed to in the end. We are still learning, but these cool cats don't have a worry in the world and I am grateful for that!
