I have been cutting my boys' hair since they needed haircuts, but I have always been a little unhappy with my work on Sammy's hair. He has a TON of hair (hmmmm wonder where that came from???) and it always looks like he needs a haircut, even after I just give him one. Finally I decided to take him to a professional and see how they would cut a kids hair like his so that I could do it for myself at home. Today I took the boys to a salon that my friend uses for her boy and had the stylist cut (and style with gel...which I likely will not continue at home) Sammy and Wyatt's hair (Jonah's hair never grows) and I learned some new tricks!!!! I really liked the way that their hair turned out and I think that I could do it at home by myself now that I know what she did! The funny thing is that everyone at the salon thought that Sammy and Wyatt were the twins and not Jonah and Sammy! I guess that they are starting to look a little more alike as they get older....who would have guessed?!?!?!?
